The application has been updated to version 1.1.3, which now includes a paid server option. Users can connect if they have sufficient remaining data in their account and the server is not overloaded.

• Important: All servers are provided by volunteers from the open-source project vpngate.net, which means they may be unavailable at any time. The application's ability to connect depends on the current state of these volunteer servers. If a server is inaccessible, users are encouraged to try an alternative.

VPN Gate List presents a comprehensive compilation of VPN servers contributed by volunteers through the vpngate open-source initiative. The application allows users to:

• Search for VPN servers by country
• Sort the server list by various criteria such as country, speed, uptime, etc.
• Adjust sort types to ascending or descending order

Users can connect to any available VPN server by importing VPN server profiles into the OpenVPN Connect application. While some servers may be temporarily inaccessible, alternative options are available. Given that these servers are run by volunteers using personal computers, downtime may occur; however, selecting servers with longer uptime generally increases connectivity likelihood.

This application should be noted as a VPN Gate List, rather than a VPN Gate Client.

The app contains advertisements; however, users can opt for a subscription to disable them:

• Subscriptions are available on a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly basis, with longer durations offering better value.
• Payment will be charged to the user's iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, with renewal costs clearly identified.
• Users can manage their subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their Account Settings post-purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if a subscription is purchased during that time.
